Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and ARMA EDGE ("ARMA EDGE", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the ARMA EDGE website, applications, and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, connecting an exchange API key, publishing or viewing a report, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to both you and that organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy by reference. Please read both carefully before using the Service.

What ARMA EDGE Is (and Is Not)

ARMA EDGE is an independent, read-only verification and attribution layer for trading track records. When a trader connects a read-only exchange API key, we ingest the broker-sourced trading history and produce performance analytics, a binary "Verified Track" status, and an "Edge Score" (a numeric value from 0 to 1000) together with a letter grade (such as A, AA, or AAA). Verification attests only to the authenticity of historical data sourced from the connected broker; it does not attest to, predict, or guarantee future performance.

ARMA EDGE is non-custodial. We never place trades, never move, hold, or take custody of any funds or assets, and never have the ability to do so. The Service provides no mechanism to deposit, withdraw, transfer, or trade assets; your funds remain at all times with your exchange or custodian under your agreements with them. The Service is purely analytical and informational.

To be explicit about what we are not: ARMA EDGE is not an investment adviser, broker-dealer, exchange, custodian, or fund. We do not manage money, do not provide investment, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and do not endorse, recommend, solicit, or rate any trader, strategy, or investment. Nothing on the Service is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, digital asset, or financial product.

• •We are non-custodial: we never touch your funds or place trades.
• •We are not an adviser, broker-dealer, exchange, custodian, or fund.

Eligibility and Accounts

To use the Service you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and legally able to enter into a binding contract. You must not be barred from using the Service under the laws of any applicable jurisdiction, and you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful where you are located.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly at hello@armaedge.com if you suspect any unauthorized access or use.

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion as described in the Suspension and Termination section, including where required to comply with applicable law or sanctions.

Read-Only API Keys; Rejection of Trade and Withdrawal Keys

The Service operates by connecting to a supported exchange (currently Bybit) using an exchange-issued API key that you supply. You must connect only read-only keys. API keys that carry trading, withdrawal, transfer, or any other write or fund-moving permission are rejected and will not be accepted by the Service.

You are responsible for generating the key with the minimum, read-only scope and for the accuracy of the credentials you provide. You represent that you are authorized to connect each key and the underlying account. You may revoke a key at the exchange, or disconnect it within the Service, at any time.

We store the API secret only as encrypted ciphertext using envelope encryption (an AES-GCM data key wrapped by a key wrapper / KMS). The secret is never returned to you or to anyone else through the Service, and data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. Because the Service is read-only and non-custodial, even a connected key cannot be used by ARMA EDGE to trade, withdraw, or move assets.

• •Only read-only keys are accepted; trade, withdrawal, or transfer keys are rejected.
• •API secrets are stored as encrypted ciphertext and never disclosed.
• •You may disconnect or revoke a key at any time.

Reports, Publication, and Trader-Controlled Visibility

Reports generated for you are private by default and visible only to you. As the trader, you control visibility. You may choose to publish a report to create a public, shareable link, and you may unpublish it at any time, after which we will cease serving the public link, subject to reasonable technical propagation time and to copies that third parties may already have accessed, cached, or saved.

Investors and other users may browse published, graded strategies and may request a double opt-in introduction. No introduction or sharing of your contact details occurs unless both sides affirmatively opt in. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to publish and for your communications with any party you are introduced to.

ARMA EDGE does not guarantee that publishing a report will result in any introduction, interest, investment, or outcome of any kind.

Edge Score and Grades Are Not Advice, Endorsement, or a Guarantee

The Edge Score, letter grades, Verified Track status, and all analytics are informational metrics derived from historical, broker-sourced data using our methodology, which may change over time. They are not investment advice, not a recommendation or endorsement of any trader or strategy, not a rating of creditworthiness or suitability, and not an offer or solicitation. Nothing made available through the Service constitutes investment, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and no fiduciary or advisory relationship is created between you and ARMA EDGE.

A high score, favorable grade, or verified status does not predict or guarantee future performance and must not be relied upon as the basis for any investment or trading decision. Past performance is not indicative of future results, and trading involves substantial risk of loss.

Any decision you make to invest with, allocate to, or follow any trader, or to publish your own track record, is made solely at your own risk and on your own independent judgment. You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of any such decision, and you should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate. ARMA EDGE acts only as a neutral verification and attribution layer and does not participate in, facilitate, or take any side in any investment, allocation, or trading arrangement between users.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for your conduct and for any data or content you submit, connect, or publish.

You must not misuse the Service. Among other things, you agree not to engage in the prohibited activities listed below. We may investigate and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination, in response to any suspected violation.

• •Connecting an account, key, or data you are not authorized to connect, or submitting false, manipulated, or misleading trading data.
• •Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' data, or our systems, or probing, scanning, or circumventing security or rate-limiting measures.
• •Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code or the underlying methodology, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law.
• •Scraping, harvesting, or systematically extracting data from the Service except via functionality we expressly provide.
• •Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service, including by introducing malware or overloading infrastructure.
• •Using the Service to harass, defraud, or mislead others, to facilitate market manipulation, or to violate any applicable law, regulation, or sanctions program.

Fees and Billing

The Basic report is free. The Advanced report is offered as a one-time charge of nineteen US dollars (USD 19) per strategy. There is no assets-under-management fee, no percentage of assets, no performance fee or profit share, and no recurring subscription. You pay once per Advanced strategy and nothing more for that purchase.

Billing may be offered in preview (free) at launch, in which case some or all paid features may be made available at no charge for a limited time. We will identify preview pricing where it applies, and we may begin charging the stated fees for new purchases once preview ends, on notice and without retroactively charging for prior free use.

Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated by us, fees are non-refundable. Fees are exclusive of any taxes, which are your responsibility where applicable. We may change our fees prospectively by updating these Terms or our pricing pages; changes do not affect a one-time purchase you have already completed. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers subject to their own terms.

Intellectual Property and Ownership of Your Strategy and Data

You retain all ownership of and rights in your trading strategy, your trading history, your track record, and any other content and intellectual property you provide or connect ("Your Content"). ARMA EDGE claims no ownership of Your Content.

You grant ARMA EDGE a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, analyze, and display Your Content solely as needed to operate and provide the Service to you, including generating analytics and serving any report you choose to publish. This license ends when you delete the relevant content or close your account, except for residual copies retained as permitted by law or our Privacy Policy and for content already accessed by third parties while published.

ARMA EDGE owns all rights in the Service itself, including the platform, software, the Edge Score and grading methodology, scores, aggregated and de-identified analytics, branding, and all related intellectual property. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, we reserve all rights. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Disclaimers of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARMA EDGE disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that analytics, scores, or verification results will be complete or accurate, or that any defects will be corrected. Verification depends on data sourced from third-party exchanges, and we are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of that third-party data or of any third-party service.

No advice or information obtained through the Service creates any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARMA EDGE and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, trading or investment losses, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the total fees you paid to ARMA EDGE for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory on which a claim is based and form an essential basis of the agreement between us. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you, and nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ARMA EDGE and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, Your Content, your connection of any API key or account, your publication of any report, your communications with parties you are introduced to, or your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party right.

We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense of that claim.

Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time, including by disconnecting your API keys and contacting us at hello@armaedge.com. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to all or part of the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure for ARMA EDGE or others, or to comply with law, sanctions, or a governmental request, or if providing the Service to you is no longer commercially viable.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, fees already incurred, and dispute resolution.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as by posting the updated Terms with a new effective date or by other reasonable means. Changes are effective when posted unless we state otherwise.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service. This version of the Terms is effective as of 23 June 2026.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ARMA EDGE's operating entity is ultimately established. That governing law and the applicable courts or dispute-resolution forum will be specified in an update to these Terms once the entity is finalized. Until then, nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory right you may have to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at hello@armaedge.com and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days. Many concerns can be resolved quickly this way.

Where permitted by applicable law, the parties may agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration on an individual basis, and you and ARMA EDGE waive any right to participate in a class or representative action. The specific governing law, forum, and arbitration terms are to be finalized; nothing in this section deprives you of any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under the law of your place of residence.
